Nigerian singer and certified troublemaker, Portable, has once again left fans in shock after revealing that he originally created his Instagram account for Yahoo Yahoo (internet fraud).

Yep, you read that right!

During a ride with content creator Egungun of Lagos, Portable was questioned about the mysterious name ‘Elizabeth Joyce’ on his Instagram profile. Instead of dodging the question, the Zazoo Zeh crooner spilled the tea.

“To be honest with you, I created an Instagram account when I wanted to learn Yahoo Yahoo,” Portable admitted.

According to him, the plan didn’t quite work out, and fate had other things in store. When he realized people were looking for him online after he blew up, he quickly removed the oyinbo profile picture and rebranded.

“Na working account,” he proudly added.

Portable, who shot to fame in December 2021 with his breakout song Zazoo Zeh, has since mastered the art of staying relevant—whether through hit songs or wild controversies.

One thing is clear: Portable no go ever dull us!
