Hajj 2025: Jigawa Pilgrims Board Urges Swift Passport Submission to Avoid Delays

As preparations for the 2025 Hajj intensify, the Jigawa State Pilgrims Welfare Board has issued a crucial advisory to intending pilgrims: submit your passports without delay!

The warning came from the board’s Director-General, Ahmad Labbo, in a statement released by the board’s spokesperson, Habibu Yusuf, following a high-level management meeting in Dutse, the state capital.

Labbo assured that the board is fully prepared for the visa processing phase, but emphasized that late passport submissions could lead to avoidable setbacks.

“We strongly advise all intending pilgrims who have not yet submitted their passports to do so immediately to avoid unnecessary delays,” he stressed.

With meticulous planning in place, the board has finalized arrangements to ensure a smooth and hassle-free visa application process. Additionally, the traditional grouping of pilgrims will continue this year to enhance efficiency and organization.

“The board will work closely with our Zonal Officers to ensure strict adherence to Saudi regulations,” Labbo affirmed.

He further reiterated the board’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that every registered pilgrim completes their documentation seamlessly. Pilgrims are urged to cooperate fully with the board’s directives to guarantee a stress-free journey to the Holy Land.

For those yet to submit their passports—the clock is ticking! Avoid last-minute rushes and ensure your Hajj preparations go smoothly.
